h27 during Covid-19
At h27 Copenhagen you can be sure we are taking all the globally and locally recommended measures and precautions in securing our guests‘ health and safety during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Here’s what we do in practice.
We avoid physical contact such as handshakes, hugs and any contact during transactions.
We make sure there is not more than 1 person per square meters in any given room. These are the regulations recommended by the Danish Health Authority.
We have installed additional contactless stations for hand disinfection, and we have an increased focus on hand hygiene procedures among our team members.
We ask our guests to use the elevators in a responsible matter. As social distancing is not possible, only one person at a time should use the elevators (with the exclusion of people from the same household).
We have increased the frequency of cleaning of public areas, with special attention to points regularly touched by guests and team members, such as door handles, elevator control panels and credit card terminals.
The bar and lounge area is open every day until 22:00 for all guests who can present a Corona passport.
We have reinforced our cleaning procedures of rooms with a special attention to any surfaces frequently touched by guests and team members, such as door handles and all other steel, metal and plastic items and surfaces.
All linen used in our rooms is treated by an external company and washed properly, as always, in hot cycles (70 degrees or more) in order to disinfect them completely.
Currently we are offering limited cleaning services for guests staying beyond one single night, including change of linen and towels. Special rules will apply for guests staying longer periods in our hotel.
We have implemented changes to all food and beverage services, in an effort to mitigate the risk for our guests and team members. Therefore, at the moment we offer a limited organic continental breakfast served by our breakfast staff; the breakfast can be ejoyed in the restaurant upon presenting a valid Corona passport, otherwise it can be enjoyed in one's own room as well as in the hotel garden.
